Aerial arts and circus training

Are you interested in learning aerial arts like silks, hammock, trapeze, lyra, or more? Have you seen circus performers up in the air and thought, "I want to do that?"  Do you want to learn to walk a slackline or juggle or tumble and flip? Have you dreamed about stunt fighting or physical acting training? This is the place for you.
This course is a guided open-gym style training for circus-minded individuals, so you can bring whatever act or discipline you'd like with you or discover new stuff as you go. You'll have the opportunity to learn ground acrobatics movements, balance and equilibrism, and object manipulation like juggling, diabolo, or staff/baton. Aerial arts aficionados will find aerial silks, Trapeze, hammock, and lyra available on the three high-ceiling rigging points, but you are encouraged to bring your own approved apparati with you for your own training. Participants will learn basic-to-intermediate fundamental movements, climbs and descents, power poses, dynamic techniques, and drops. All are welcome, from complete beginners to those with experience, to come and train the techniques they want to make better.

Aerial participants must wear tight but mobile clothing that is not baggy, preferably that covers their knees, and with no metal on them.

English, German, and Japanese instruction available.
