Aerial Arts Training

Are you interested in learning aerial arts like hammock, Trapez, lyra, or more? Have you seen circus performers up in the air and thought, "I want to do that?" This is the place for you. 
The course focuses mostly on aerial Trapez, hammock, and lyra, but you are encouraged to bring your own approved apparati with you for your own training. Participants will learn basic-to-intermediate fuindamental movements, climbs and descents, power poses, dynamic techniques, and drops. All are welcome, from complete beginners to those with experience, to come and train the techniques they want to make better.

Participants must wear tight but mobile clothing that is not baggy, preferably that covers their knees.

Course primarily in English, but with possibility for some German explanation.
